What is an advertising flag or oriflamme made of?

The advertising flag is made up of three elements: a base, called a plate or spider, which is essential for holding the flag firmly to the ground, a removable aluminum flagpole in a variety of shapes (drop, feather, rounded or rectangular) and a personalized polyester sail.
