What are ink pads for?

The ink pads are used every day by companies. They have a wide range of uses.

The most common is the company stamp or mandatory company stamp. Generally rectangular in shape, this legal stamp indicates the company name and contact details (postal address, telephone number, e-mail, website, etc.), as well as administrative information such as company’s applicable registration or tax details. This enables official documents to be stamped, for example to authenticate the signature of the managing director.

Administrative stamps are used to manage mail, invoices, quotes, purchase orders or forms. They are very useful for avoiding repetitive handwriting. They can be used to write simple notes on paper, such as “seen”, “paid”, “duplicate” on many documents, or the company name on cheques. The date stamp is used specifically to date documents.

Finally, we use a commercial stamp or advertising stamp to brand envelopes or packages sent to customers. The loyalty stamp can be used to check off boxes on loyalty cards so that customers can benefit from a discount or special offer.

How to personalise your stamp pad?

You can customize the shape: rectangular, square, round or specific. You can choose the ink color. Ink is generally black, but can also be green, red or blue. Finally, you can add the text of your choice, with or without a surrounding frame, and with or without a company logo.
