If you don’t have a graphic designer or a graphic charter, no problem! We can provide you with a graphic design service and create a graphic mock-up to visualize your project.

Our PANO agency Iraq has a showroom where you can come and see and touch samples of the materials available. For standard projects, we can provide small material samples on a case-by-case basis. Finally, for larger projects, we offer a prototyping service to show you what the finished product will look like.

Yes, we can carry out an on-site visit to your premises, to better understand your expectations and study the specific technical constraints of your project. Internally, we call this visit a survey (technical study). This enables us to anticipate any difficulties and provide you with a customized quotation.

Depending on its location, dimensions and installation method, an outdoor sign or billboard may require prior approval from the municipality, the property owner or another competent authority.

Requirements for outdoor and illuminated signage may vary depending on the location, type of building and local authority regulations. Before installation, approval may be required from the municipality or other competent authorities.
Illuminated signs must also comply with the applicable electrical, structural, fire safety, brightness and public safety requirements.

We take care to minimize environmental impact at every stage in the life cycle of our products, from manufacture to end-of-life. Where possible, we favour local production and carefully selected suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of transport. We aim to reuse or recycle production off-cuts whenever suitable recycling solutions are available.

Payment is made in 2 instalments: first an initial deposit when the order is placed, then a final balance on receipt of the project.

For all orders, we send you a quotation to sign, followed by a graphic mock-up (Bon à tirer) describing your project. You can make up to 3 changes on this proof. Once you’ve validated the proof, we start production: you can no longer modify your order.

It all depends, of course, on the type of project, its complexity and scale. There is no waiting period before the project starts. In general, here are the average completion times for each project:

• Advertising banner, adhesive decoration: a few days
• Vehicle branding, window decoration: 1 week
• Sign, two-mast panel, illuminated sign: 2 to 3 weeks
• Major interior signage project: 2 to 3 weeks

Yes, we can install all our products on your premises. Our team is trained in the best installation techniques and equipped with all the necessary tools. It’s the assurance of signage installed according to the rules of the trade!

Yes, PANO offers a dismantling, removal and recycling service for all elements of the old signage. This service is available even if the signage was not originally installed by PANO.

Service life depends on the product and how it is used. So a product designed for long-term use will last longer than one designed for short-term use. In other words, we adapt product lifetimes to customers’ needs.
For example, a commercial sign will be built with resistant materials to last for years, while an event window decoration will be made with a short-lasting adhesive to avoid marks on the window when removed.

Yes, all PANO products are guaranteed. The duration and type of warranty depend on the type of signage. Customer satisfaction is paramount: it’s one of the commitments in our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) charter.
