1. What type of data does PANO collect about you?

When you subscribe to PANO’s services and whilst those services are being provided, PANO collects the following categories of data:

  2. Billing and/or payment data: bank details, payment method, usage, etc.
  3. Usage data: services subscribed to, products used, usage, communications, etc.

2. How does PANO use your data?

PANO uses your data for the purposes of performing and managing the contract. This includes managing your customer account and the contractual relationship, the installation, maintenance, provision and management of the service you have subscribed to or the product you have ordered, the provision of support and the handling of your enquiries, invoicing for the service or product, the management of complaints and disputes, and debt recovery procedures, including through third parties. This data is retained for as long as is necessary to manage the contract and/or for the statutory retention period. Without this data, PANO would be unable to provide the services you have subscribed to.

Your data will therefore enable PANO to evaluate and improve its services and develop new ones, as well as to carry out customer loyalty initiatives, marketing, surveys and promotional activities. However, data required by PANO for the purpose for which it was collected, or necessary to comply with a legal obligation and/or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, may not be deleted.

PANO’s subcontractors and partners may be based outside the European Union.
